This is by far the best Dobermann site, Jelena and Ivan have made a super job giving us Dobermann enthusiasts such an informative, up-to-date site on European (and other) Dobermann.

Many years ago I had a Dobermann.His name was Jacob.He was a true companion and when I walked out with him I always felt safe.
He didn't like men in uniform though!He always
barked a lot when the postman arrived!
Now I am in the twilight of my years and think back to those happy days.
I would love to have a pet again.But I could not do it true "justice" in my condition.

Have been living from this site, so much great information and contacts, we would never be where we are with our kennel without this site. My father and I, we have enjoyed your story about the Franckenhorst story. Last news about the Franckenhorst-line: Mary Rodgers from Marienburg Kennels had used frozen sperme of Dexter vom Franckenhorst by artefisal insimination. My sister saw some puppies in 2004.
