The
history of the Norden Stamm kennel goes back more than thirty
five years. It's founder, Jens Kollenberg, bought his first
Dobermann at the age of 25 years and he started breeding Dobermanns
in 1968. As well as breeding and showing, he has trained and
competed with several Schutzhund 3 and FH dogs. He has many
High in Trial awards to his credit and has competed successfully
at National events in the USA, Germany and Norway. The secret
of the kennel's success probably lies in the fact that he and
his wife are hands-on breeders/ handlers/ trainers. No doubt,
his extraordinary natural canine talent and his long term commitment
to sound breeding principles has simply been reflected in the
ongoing successes with more than 50 self-bred, self-made national
and international Champions.
