What it takes to become a champion

 

INTERNATIONAL
Title of "International Beauty Champion" can be given to dogs who have 4 CACIBs under 3 different judges in 3 different countries. There must be a period of at least one year between the first and the last CACIB. But if a dog has working test only 2 CACIBs are needed under 2 different judges in 2 different countries, 1 year apart.

GERMANY

5 CAC (in open, intermediate, champion or working classes) at least 3 of these CAC have to be achieved at International or National breed shows. Furthermore the 5 CAC must have been awarded by at least 3 different breed judges. The CAC of the VDH Bundessieger Dog
Show and VDH Europasieger Dog Show count double. There has to be a minimum period of 12 months between the first and last CAC.

GREECE
The title of the Greek Champion is awarded by the Kennel Club of Greece. Dobermann awarded with four Certificates of Aptitude to the Championship (C.A.C.) from three different judges, from which at least two in Club Shows, and have passed the Test of Character (TOC), and the ΕΕΙΠ and ΕΔΑ trials, obtains the title of the Greek Champion (CH.GR.). In case the dog has a working title of IPO or SchH the requisits are limited in the TOC, ΕΕΙΠ and ΕΔΑ trials plus three CAC instead of four from three different judges, from which at least two in Club Shows

DV GR SIEGER:

This is the most important title of Morphology for Dobermann in Greece and is awarded by the Dobermann Club of Greece once per year. To participate in one of the 4 SiegerShow Classes, claiming the title "DVGr Sieger", a dog must have passed the Test Of Character (TOC) and the EDA trial (Club's working trial). Before entering into the Show ring, the dog must successfully pass the test of "courage and fighting spirit", which consists in a unexpected short and a long attack. Dogs who fail the attacks can not participate to the Show. During the stand in the SiegerShow Classes, at least two gunshots shall be discharged, using 6mm ammunition. Gun-shy dogs are discarded from the SiegerShow. Dogs classified in the first place of each SiegerShow Classe, and only if the judge approves, are awarded with the title of "DVGrSieger X" where X is the year of the Show. Optionaly, the vice title can be awarded to the second in classification dog.

ITALY
To become an Italian champion in beauty a dog must have 2 CAC in International shows, 2 CAC in national shows, 2 CAC in special shows from 5 differents judges. The CAC could be collected in intermediate/open class or in Working class. ZTP and the IPO 1 or the Brevetto ENCI 2 is mandatory before the omologation of the title.


PORTUGAL

4 CAC with 3 diferent judges of which one must be a CAC-QC (Champion Qualifying CAC) and 1 Exc gradding at one of the shows were the CAC-QC is in dispute (CAC-QC is normally in dispute at the Club Sieger Show + Lisbon Int Show + Porto Int Show). When the CAC-QC is obtained at the club Sieger Show, the Exc gradding must be obtained at Porto or Lisbon were the other CAC-QC are in dispute. When the CAC-QC is obtained either at Porto or Lisbon, the Exc gradding must be obtained at the Club Sieger Show.

Note: Only in the shows were the CAC-QC is in dispute or at ADP Specialised Shows are the dogs seperated by sex and colour. In all other CAC or CACIB shows Dogs are only separated by sex (black and brown together)

CLUB CHAMPION: Club Sieger Title - ADP Sieger (awarded by sex and colour)
To become ADP Sieger it is necessary:
To be 1st Exc in "Classe Campeonato" at our Monográfica (Club Sieger Show)
To participate in this Class it is mandatory to have: ZTP, IPO/RCI, Certificate of DNA Registration at LNIV (Nacional Laboratory of Veterinary Investigation or a laboratory member of ISAG for foregn dogs

 

SAN MARINO
2 CAC, in intermediate, open, working or champion class, in the internationals shows of San Marino. ZTP or working test are not necessary.


SERBIA

3 CAC by 2 different judges, 6 months apart, and IPO test.


SWITZERLAND

3 CAC one year apart.


RUSSIA
To be eligible for the title of Russian Champion one of this options must be satisfied...more
  • option 1
    6 САС under 6 different judges at the National All-Russian Dog Show "Federation Champion" or National Regional Dog Show "Candidate to Federation Champion"

  • option 2
    4 САС obtained under 4 different judges, if one CAC is obtained at the International CACIB Show or at National All Russian Dog Show "RKF Champion"

  • option 3
    3 САС obtained under 3 different judges and Russian Junior Champion Diploma.

  • option 4
    2 САС obtained under 2 different judges during one year at the Eurasia Dog Show.

  • option 5
    1 CAC obtained at the International Dog Show "Russia" (Best male and best female obtained CACIB and Champion of the RKF certificate).

For Foreign Dogs, which are not registered at the RKF:

  • option 1
    1 САС obtained at the International CACIB Show or at National All Russian Dog Show "RKF Champion" and Certificate or Champion of the Country of Residence Diploma (country - FCI members or AKC, KC, CKC).

  • option 2
    2 CAC obtained at the National All-Russian Dog Show "Federation Champion" or National Regional Dog Show "Candidate to Federation Champion"

 

For foreign dogs without Champion title of their own country options 1-5 are eligible.

Russian Junior Champion (RusJunCh)

To be eligible for the title of Russian Junior Champion:

  • option 1
    JunCAC obtained under 3 different judges at the National All-Russian Dog Show "Federation Champion" or National Regional Dog Show "Candidate to Federation Champion"

  • option 2
    3 Junior CACs obtained under 3 different judges if one JuniorCAC is obtained at the International CACIB Show or at National All Russian Dog Show "RKF Champion

  • option 3
    2 JunCAC obtained under 2 different judges during 1 year at the Eurasia Dog Show.

  • option 4
    1 JunCAC obtained at the International Dog Show "Russia" Best junior male and best junior female.

For Foreign Dogs, which are not registered at the RKF:

  • option 5
    1 JunСАС obtained at the International CACIB Dog Show or at National All Russian Dog Show "RKF Champion» and Certificate or Junior Champion of the Country of Residence Diploma (country – FCI member or AKC, KC, CKC).

  • option 6
    2 JunCAC obtained at the National All-Russian Dog Show "Federation Champion" or National Regional Dog Show "Candidate to Federation Champion"

 

For foreign dogs without Champion of the Country Title variants 1-4 are eligible.

In order to make it more clear for understanding: The Dog registered at the RKF – the dog which is born in Russia or imported from any country but registered at the RKF and has the RKF reg. number.

Foreign dog - the dog which is born at any country except Russia, which is not registered at the RKF, which lives abroad and registered in the stud book of the country where the dog lives.

 

Russian Grand Champion (RGCh)

To be eligible for the title of Russian Grand Champion:

Russian Champion Diploma and National Club of the Breed Champion Diploma, and for the breeds of working class, it is necessary to have International Certificate for working qualities. Russian Champion, Russian Junior Champion and Russian Grand Champion titles are given only once.

 

RKF Champion

To be eligible for the title of RKF Champion:

  • option 1
    1 RKF Champion Certificate, obtained at the International Dog Show (CACIB) or at the National All-Russian Dog Show RKF Champion.
  • option 2
    3 different Federation Champion Diplomas (certificates). (Federations – RFLS, RFCC, OANKOO, RFOS)

Eurasian Champion

To be eligible for the title of Eurasian Champion a dog must obtain 1 Eurasian Champion Certificate obtained at the International Dog Show Eurasia (this certificate is given to the best male in the breed and best female in the breed only).

Champion of the Breed of the Year

To be eligible for the title Breed of the Year Champion a dog must obtain 1 Best Male in the Breed and Best Female in the Breed Diploma obtained at Champion of the Champions Show at the National Champion Show "Golden Collar". This title is automatically entered into RKF database and also written in the puppy-cards of the puppies born from this dog.

The Dog of the Year Title

To be eligible for the title of the Dog of the Year a dog must obtain 1 Certificate of the Best in the Show Winner obtained at Champion of the Champions Show at the National Champion Show "Golden Collar". This title is automatically entered into RKF database and also written in the puppy-cards of the puppies born from this dog.

UKRAINE
To be eligible for the title of Ukraine Champion one of this options must be satisfied...more
  • 6 х САС at the national UKU САС Dog Shows for the period not less than 1 year and 1 day (given at least by 5 different judges)
  • 4 х САС - 3 at the national UKU САС Dog Shows, 1 at CACIB Dog Show for the period not less than 6 months (given by different judges)
  • 3 х САС - 2 CAC at 2xCACIB Dog Shows in any city of Ukraine and one CAC at CACIB Dog Show in Kyiv
  • 2 х САС - at 2xCACIB Dog shows in Kyiv
  • 2 х САС - at CACIB Dog Shows (for dogs of working breeds only with working certificate)

    At the National Championships - Best Dog and Best Bitch in breed are awarded with the "Champion of Ukraine" title.

Awarding of the "JUNIOR CHAMPION OF UKRAINE" title

  • 3 х JСАС - awarded at any CAC UKU Dog Show
  • 2 x JСАС - awarede at 2xCACIB Dog Shows in Kyiv

    At the National Championships - Best Junior Dog and Best Junior Bitch in breed are awarded with the "Champion of Ukraine" title.

Awarding of the "GRAND CHAMPION OF UKRAINE" title

  • The same as with "Champion of Ukraine" title (can be awarded 3 times).

Awarding of the "SUPER GRAND CHAMPION OF UKRAINE" title

  • It is awarded to dogs which were awarded with the "Grand Champion of Ukraine" title for the forth time.

To obtain the "Champion of Ukraine" certificate, citizens from the FCI countries having agreement with Ukraine on mutual title recognition (Belarus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Finland, Montenegro, and Estonia) should have 1 CAC from any Dog Show in Ukraine and Champion certificate of their resident country. For citizens of the other countries, not included into this list, the "Champion of Ukraine" certificate is issued according to the rules mentioned above.
