hello rosamburg!
one of the top working dobermans is Lennox vom Aurachgrund (100 98 95 293 V) Deutsche Vize Meisterin DHV 2006
You can find more info (photos and maybe video) at http://www.dobermann.com (dobermann sport und zucht)
click on the "championships" (at the left part of the page).
This dog is really incredible!!!!Much much better than the top working malinois and GSDs!!!

The last IDC proved the enormous quality of NITRO daughters as producers of top animals: Both the black IDC sieger and the brown IDC siegerin were out of Nitro daughters. Also, many impressive animals like the "S" Fiorsilva litter were present. They are all animals of the highest quality regarding type.
Also, the great Nitro was once again the father of the best progeny group.

Yes I watched the video of the performance some time back. I am also considering Jim v. Aurachrund, which lives only about 6 hours from me by car(a short distance for us). Jim appears to have better conformation than Lennox but his schutzhund trial scores are nowhere near what Lennox and his handler have achieved- though we don't know how much of a role training comes into play vs a talented dog.

AsI was informed, Lennox had a very good training. You must consider the handler's ability when you evaluate the ability of a dog in shuzhund.
But the best working line dobermann breeders, also counted very much the way the pottential stud behaved out of the ring.

i saw lennox several times in training.
he has a stable character, strong nerves but only medium hardness. a good workingdog, we could have more of...but not a "wonderdog".

his sucess results from his superior training/handling at ghsv munich under theo sporer, whom i consider one of the best (maybe the best) trainer...he is able to learn a rabbit to have a good grip! Wink

hajo v.aurachgrund is of the same quality as lennox, but other type. good chatacter, critical nerves, but under pressure extreme hard.

there are better workingdobes in germany regarding workingaspects, but not better trained.

I agree. Results in ring cannot be the only quality to be considered in breeding.

I will respond my-self.
First of all , principal inbreeding is concentrate by 6 time in longevive (15 years) Ali V Langenhorst, son of Guy's Hilo .

Like principal old ancestors :
LUMP V. HAGENSTOLZ is present with second influence by 354 times.
VELLO V. FÜRSTENFELD by 66
GUY'S HILO V. NORDEN STAMM by 10
BORDO V. FÜRSTENFELD by 143
CHICO V. FORELL by 48
KIRA V. ROMBERG by 61
JAGO V BEELEN by 14
CITTA V. FÜRSTENFELD by 94 times

RECENT , paternal is one combination between Weinberge-Scholle BAYERN and ELLENDONK & BRYAN V. FORELL lines .
Maternal principal blood is LANGENHORST & ELLENDONK again via Mooreiche and Klosterkamp.
