This male got title IDC-vice WM this year. He is out of so called show lines. But this results stress that he has an exeprtional charackter. But we don`t see so much of his progeny. Someone told ne that italian breeders used him ricently.
Any idea why this male is not so involved as a stud.??????

Easy answer: this is because people understand nothing about the dobermann. Few persons are able to do an intelligent "forecast" about the potentiality of a dog. All the others look only to show results... or... to the commercials

I looked at him as a possibility but too tight of a line breeding for a good match for my bitch, in terms of which direction I want to go.

... No, it is 100 % the truth.

For this reason this доберман also unclaimed in Russia, as the manufacturer.
Believe, it not hearings - I saw.
This dog came to us to city on an exhibition (judged Smetanin М.) and all saw, that there is no one tooth.
I regret

Crying or Very sad

Dush, think to you own problems...

I dont know who you are... then I dont know if you recived the last Christmas wishes from Doctor Pezzano, but if you did, take a look to the photos. I can explain to you: the male is Gino Gomez del Citone (still alive!!!!) and the puppy is his grandchild Vela Flying del Citone (Gelo Robis Golden x Queen Bee del Citone).
Do you think that nobody in the Pezzano family is able to count the teeth of a dog?????

I do not speak, that the Golden - bad dog. It beautiful dobermann with very courageous head and strong skeleton. An oustanding sports dog. His owners have done huge work in his training they the present enthusiasts of breed.
I never heard, that at a dog, than 2th years are more senior can bring up an absent teeth. Probably, good work of the dentist....
The question - I answer has been set has given on him. I regret, that at this dog not all teeth.... But this so. I SAW..

If so perhaps accidental loss? They hit the sleeve hard enough it can happen. I recall the first show I attended with my young pup. There was a female there that was going for her ZTP. The owner was scrambling to find a past show evaluation from a DV judge because she knew there was a tooth missing from Schutzhund work. She was able to produce the document and when Dr. Schuler looked in the bitch's mouth he saw there were actually 2 teeth missing. I was not planning on showing my pup because I did not know what I was doing and had never been to a show and in addition the pup had been injured the week before. This incident convinced me of the need to show her at that show to get the documentation.
