to the LAO.
A judges decision is final and incontestable. Any form
of criticism regarding the evaluation can lead to
dismissal from the site and can eventually be followed by
disciplinary measures. In justified cases,
regarding a violation of the trial regulations on the judges
part and not a judges decision, a complaint
can be filed within eight days.
The complaint is submitted in writing, signed by the plaintiff
and at least two witnesses, via the trial
chairperson to the hosting club respectively the LAO.
The acceptance of a complaint does not automatically lead
to a revision of the judges evaluation. A
decision is made by the corresponding committee of the LAO.
The LAO can pass the complaint on to the
Working Dog Committee who will make a final decision.
